1. No Refund Policy for Digital Products
Because DiagramDidi sells digital PDF educational notes, all sales are generally final. Once a digital product has been delivered and/or downloaded, refunds are not available.
2. Exceptions — When Refunds Are Available
- Duplicate Payment: Charged twice for the same product due to a technical error
- Technical Failure: You paid but did not receive the download link
- Wrong Product Delivered: You received a different product than what you purchased
